Suspect arrested following a shooting in Boones Mill
Boones Mill, Virginia – Franklin County deputies were searching for a suspect after a shooting in Boones Mill on Monday morning.
According to deputies, the 55-years-old Emmitt Darrell Southern run away after the shooting at Cannaday’s Store.
Deputies said he may be travelling north on Interstate 81 or 220 in a dark blue Chevy Blazer.
The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office are now informing the public that Emmitt Southern has been arrested after a traffic stop in Montgomery County.
