Tails in the Mail program launched by the Mill Mountain Zoo
Roanoke, Virginia – The Mill Mountain Zoo launches Tails in the Mail program that will give families a taste of the wild.
It is a box subscription that can be bought throughout the summer.
The boxes will contain a book, crafts and a stuffed animal that represents one of the animals in the zoo.
“It would be really fun to be at home and read a book about Snow Leopards and come see Bali. And you even tell those around you all the facts you have learned in the book. We would love to hear what you have learned,” said Jessie Coffman, a Development Director at the zoo.
The boxes are on sale now.
