Police investigating a shooting inside Roanoke home that sent two people to hospital
Roanoke, Virginia – A shooting incident that left two people injured prompted police to conduct an investigation.
The incident occurred inside a residence at 522 Mountain Ave. SW.
According to the police, two people were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police say that the most recent information from their investigation shows that two suspects broke into the home and started fighting with the people who lived there.The shooting occurred as a result of the fight.
Officers believe that the involved parties in the incident were acquaintances.
No arrests have been made in connection with the incident at this moment.
