One seriously injured after accident in Bedford
Bedford, Virginia – An accident in Bedford’s 1000 block of Independence Blvd. has left one person seriously injured.
A car and a crane truck were involved in the accident that took place around 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
In order to get the injured driver out of the car, first responders had to remove one of the doors. The driver was transported for treatment of life-threatening injuries to Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
The accident is being investigated by Bedford Police.
