Murray Run Greenway
Murray Run Greenway is currently the only non-paved designated greenway in the City of Roanoke. This greenway currently connects Grandin Road/Shrine Hill Park to McNeil Drive near Virginia Western Community College. Sections that are currently built and open to the public are:
- Shrine Hill Park to McNeil Drive (trailheads at Fishburn and Shrine Hill parks)
The following sections of Murray Run Greenway are under design or yet to be funded:
- Shrine Hill Park to Roanoke River Greenway
- McNeil Drive/Fishburn Park to Ogden Road
